oh wells. cramps were hell today. like some paralyed woman who cant move properly.
either top or bottom of my body w super sore tummy and aching back. sigh. i swear im getting old.

anyway aft work met my black sweetheart for dinner over at central.
and as usual just yak away before i get some grocery and make our way back home.
its amazing how we could have so much things to talk abt.
and yes. my whole week`s aft work time is definitely book`d now
